PEEK (Polyetheretherketone) is considered as one of the world’s highest performing engineering thermoplastics, offering exceptional chemical resistance and excellent mechanical properties at high temperatures.

PEEK-CF

INTAMSYS PEEK-CF is a high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherEtherKetone (PEEK), reinforced with Carbon-Fiber. It offers high stiffness and high-heat resistance.

PEKK

INTAMSYS PEKK is a high-performance thermoplastic, PolyEtherKetoneKetone (PEKK). It has highly stable chemical backbone. Its semi-crystalline structure in solid state offers an outstanding combination of mechanical and thermal strength together with chemical and fire resistance.

ULTEM(PEI)

ULTEM™ 1010 resin is an amorphous, transparent polyetherimide plastic offering enhanced flow and a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 215°C.

ULTEM™ 9085 resin offers the ability to create parts with excellent properties at elevated temperatures due to a glass transition temperature (Tg) of 186°C.

PPSU

INTAMSYS PPSU is an amorphous high-performance thermoplastic, PolyPhenylSUlfone, which offers good impact resistance and chemical resistance. PPSU can operate in temperatures up to 180ᵒC and has superior hydrolysis resistance compared to other amorphous thermoplastics

PPS

INTAMSYS PPS is an advanced PolyPhenylene Sulfidebased filament designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. It is a semi -crystalline, high-temperature engineering thermoplastic. Due to its structure, PPS is very resistant to chemicals with a very good mechanical strength, even at high-temperatures. In addition to its low water absorption, it also has good dimensional stability and excellent electrical properties.

Victrex AM200

The VICTREX AM™200 wire was specifically developed by VICTREX for use in the additive manufacturing field. By redesigning polymers at the molecular level, better printing results can be achieved without the use of additives or plasticizers. This new PAEK is designed to improve the quality of PAEK’s 3D printing.

PC-PBT

INTAMSYS PC-PBT is a thermoplastic alloy, which is designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. It offers good heat resistance and toughness at low temperature (-20 ̊C/-30 ̊C), and also features good chemical resistance.

PC-FR

INTAMSYS PC-FR is PolyCarbonate based material,It could achieve V0 performance in the UL94 flame retardancy test and displays excellent toughness, strength and heat resistance. This filament opens new applications in the automotive, railway and aerospace industries.

PEEK

Nylon

Nylon exhibits mechanical properties comparable to ABS (another widely used material in traditional & additive manufacturing). ABS is defined by its strength but Nylon’s resistance to wear and fatigue makes it superior for applications requiring such properties.

PA6-CF

INTAMSYS PA6-CF is a Carbon- Fiber reinforced Nylon 6 based 3D printing filament with improved dimensional stability and mechanical properties.

PA12-CF

INTAMSYS PA12-CF is a Carbon-Fiber reinforced PA12 (Nylon 12) filament. Thanks to the low moisture sensitivity of PA12, this product features outstanding mechanical and thermal properties even after the moisture conditioning process.

ABS

INTAMSYS ABS is a Acrylonitrile-Butadiene-Styrene based filament designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. It offers superior printing quality, excellent mechanical strength and heat-resistance, with moderate printing temperatures and great warping resistance.

ASA

INTAMSYS ASA is an Acrylonitrile-Styrene-Acrylate co-polymer based filament designed specifically for FFF 3D printing. It is an alternative to ABS with an improved weather resistance. Its UV resistance and excellent mechanical properties make it the perfect choice for real life applications.

PLA

INTAMSYS PLA is a 3D printing material PolyLactic Acid, with excellent mechanical properties and printing quality. It has a higher impact resistance than regular PLA, and better overall mechanical properties than ABS.

PA12
